At wensidy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund and return policy.
Returns

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we have made an error.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@wensidy.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will also refund your return shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 4 days of delivery.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and send out the exchange item as soon as possible.
